Job Description About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You'll assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people, talent, and building great teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals. - Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Help with employer branding activities, such as social media posts or campus engagement. - Provide general administrative support to the TA and HR teams. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time management abilities. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions (preferred but not mandatory). - Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
