This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 8 years Location Gurgaon JobType full-time We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our hiring strategy and drive end-to-end recruitment operations across the organization The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in sourcing and acquiring top-tier talent but also possess a strong understanding of HR business partnering and broader HR functions As a key member of the HR leadership team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company attracts hires and retains exceptional talent aligned with our growth goals and company values Requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Strategy Execution Design implement and optimize talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across functions and levels Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing evaluation offer management and onboarding Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using a mix of sourcing strategies - job portals social media employee referrals and strategic headhunting Drive data-backed hiring decisions by regularly reporting and analyzing key metrics such as time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality of hire and diversity 2 HR Business Partnering Collaborate closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce planning and talent needs Act as a strategic HRBP to deliver people solutions that support business goals and enhance employee engagement and performance Provide guidance on organizational design role clarity and team structures based on hiring and talent insights 3 Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements interview plans and ideal candidate profiles Manage external vendors and recruitment partners effectively to ensure consistent quality and alignment with internal expectations 4 HR Projects and Continuous Improvement Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives such as employer branding talent marketing onboarding enhancement and internal mobility Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitive intelligence and best practices in hiring and HR Qualifications Skills 8-14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HRBP responsibilities and broader HR domains Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of organizational dynamics business acumen and workforce planning Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders Hands-on experience with ATS platforms HRIS systems and recruitment analytics Strategic mindset with a passion for people and talent excellence
