Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Talent Operations Coordinator

to oversee and streamline recruitment operations at Lenskart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring process excellence, data accuracy, and operational efficiency across the Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role is crucial in enabling the TA team to operate smoothly through robust process management, vendor coordination, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end
    recruitment operations

, ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes across business units.
- Manage
vendor empanelment

, invoicing, and payment tracking for recruitment partners.
- Act as the
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) administrator

, managing user access, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee
employee referral program operations

, including tracking, validation, and payout management.
- Maintain
data accuracy and reporting

across systems and trackers; respond to reporting and analytics requests.
- Collaborate with
TA, Finance, and HR

teams to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and drive
process improvements

and documentation enhancements within recruitment operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years

of experience in
recruitment operations

or
HR shared services

.
- Strong knowledge of
ATS tools

such as TurboHire, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.
- Excellent command of
Excel/Google Sheets

and reporting/analytics tools.
- Analytical and process-oriented

mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong
stakeholder management and coordination

skills.
