About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Recruiter to manage and mentor our high-performing talent acquisition team in India. This is a critical leadership role where you will not only manage a set of complex requisitions yourself but also set the strategic direction, optimize processes, and ensure delivery excellence for all hiring efforts across our India operations.This is a full-time managerial position based in Gurugram, Haryana.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Leadership & StrategyTeam Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 10-20 recruiters, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth objectives across various functions (Tech, G&A, Sales, etc.).Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the recruiting lifecycle, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience, and data integrity. Hands-on RecruitingHigh-Priority Requisitions: Personally manage and close senior, niche, or business-critical roles, leveraging your expertise in complex hiring.Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and VPs, providing market intelligence, status updates, and consulting on hiring decisions.Sourcing Innovation: Drive the adoption of innovative sourcing techniques and tools to build sustainable talent pipelines.
