Company Overview Volitionsphere IT Services LLP based in Ghaziabad is a reputable technology and staffing solutions firm specializing in IT-enabled services recruitment solutions and business process support across India Since its establishment in 2024 Volitionsphere has been delivering efficient and scalable results tailored to meet the dynamic needs of modern businesses Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Telesales Team Lead to join our team at Volitionsphere IT Services LLP This is a full-time mid-level position based in Gurgaon requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 7 years of experience The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing telesales operations and ensuring team success Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in telesales with a strong track record of achieving sales goals and objectives in a fast-paced environment Minimum work experience of 4 years in a BPO setting demonstrating proficiency in customer interaction and support Expertise in telecalling Mandatory skill with the ability to guide and train team members in effective sales techniques Strong knowledge of voice processes Mandatory skill to optimize communication strategies and enhance customer experience Experience working in a Domestic BPO environment Mandatory skill with insights into local customer needs and behaviors Skilled in Business Process Outsourcing BPO operations with the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness Ability to lead and motivate a team fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development Solid skills in customer retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives providing guidance support and performance feedback to achieve sales targets Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to boost sales performance and expand market reach Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic decision-making Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives and enhance overall operational efficiency Monitor team performance using key performance indicators KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork recognition and professional growth among team members
