While we have been strongly established in the B2B segment, supplying premium machines to clinics, dermatologists, and wellness centers, we are now expanding into the B2C market with high-quality wellness solutions, services, and products for end customers. We are looking for a dynamic telesales representative to support this exciting growth.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to both B2B and B2C prospects to promote Sthetix Global’s products, services, and new offerings.Understand client needs — from clinic owners to individual customers — and provide suitable solutions.Generate qualified leads for the sales team and convert direct inquiries from B2C customers.Maintain follow-up cycles to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.Update CRM with customer details, call logs, and follow-up reminders.Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.Share product information, pricing, offers, and B2C service details effectively.Handle objections professionally and offer clear, confident solutions.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine pitch scripts for both B2B and B2C campaigns.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in telesales/telecalling (B2B, B2C, or both preferred).Strong communication and persuasive abilities in English & Hindi.Ability to adapt pitch styles for different customer types (clinic owners vs. individual consumers).Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.Target-driven, confident, and proactive mindset.What We Offer:Competitive salary + lucrative incentives.Training for both B2B and B2C product/service knowledge.A chance to grow with a fast-expanding aesthetic and wellness brand.Supportive, dynamic, and growth-focused work culture.How to Apply:Send your resume to anusthetix@gmail.com with the subject line: “Application for Telesales Representative – Sthetix Global”
