The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain the brands premium standards. Key Responsibilities - Design, deliver, and evaluate sales training programs focused on premium automobile sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement. - Conduct regular sales coaching sessions to enhance communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Stay updated on the latest automobile features, technologies, and industry trends to integrate into training. - Develop training modules on customer experience, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. - Monitor sales team performance and provide feedback, guidance, and action plans for improvement. - Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions. - Ensure all training aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a premium customer service standard. - Conduct onboarding training for new sales executives. - Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and conversion ratios. Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 35 years of experience in sales training within the automobile (luxury/premium) sector or high-end retail. - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of driving sales performance through training and coaching. - Ability to inspire, motivate, and instill confidence in sales teams. - Proficiency in MS Office and training presentation tools. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
