Our solutions are focused on modern technologies and are enabled by a scientific, data-driven system called Decision Mines for Digital Excellence Key Responsibilities: - Manage, monitor, and optimize RDS Aurora MySQL databases. - Ensure schema governance and implement best practices for database design and performance tuning. - Support database deployments, upgrades, and migrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues. - Work closely with client leadership teams to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations. - Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes. Must Have: - 4-8 years of strong experience with RDS Aurora MySQL operations. - Hands-on expertise in schema governance and performance tuning. Good to Have / Plus: - Experience with AWS DMS, Glue, and Redshift. - Knowledge of cross-account AWS IAM. - Understanding of data lake architecture and concepts.
