Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam for a Sales Manager specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets, managing a team to drive sales performance, and developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales strategies, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and ensuring smooth end-to-end customer onboarding and servicing. Qualifications - Strong sales and negotiation skills along with the ability to strategize and achieve sales targets. - Experience in managing and mentoring a team, including setting goals and monitoring performance. - Knowledge of home loans and loan against property (LAP) products and awareness of financial industry regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. - Ability to work on-site and manage customer expectations in a dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. - Prior experience in a sales-focused role in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
