Position Branch Manager - Jewellery ShowroomKey Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the jewellery showroom ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle customer queries or complaints professionally Monitor inventory levels coordinate stock replenishment and ensure accurate stock records Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance showroom performance and profitability Prepare and manage budgets track expenses and analyze sales reports to support business growth Maintain visual merchandising and display standards in line with brand guidelines Ensure showroom compliance with company policies security and health safety regulations Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business Stay updated on market trends competitors and new jewellery designs to keep the showroom competitive Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Retail Management Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a Retail Showroom Manager preferably within the jewellery or luxury retail industry Strong sales and performance management background Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising practices Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required Key Skills Sales Expertise Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets in a retail environment Leadership Strong team management motivation and mentoring capabilities Customer Service Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering premium customer experiences Inventory Management Proficient in maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring product availability Stock Budgeting Financial Control Skilled in Stock budget preparation cost monitoring and expense Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Branch Manager 2 years Required Work Location In person
