Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Sharayu Hyundai Vadkhal Branch

Industry: Automobile Dealership (Passenger Vehicles – Hyundai)

Experience Required: 5–7 years (Minimum 2 years in a managerial role in automobile sales)

Reporting To: General Manager / Dealer Principal.

Job Summary:

Sharayu Hyundai is looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at its Vadkhal showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in car dealership operations, and a focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets (retail and fleet).
  • Lead and manage the sales and front-office team effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
  • Monitor daily operations – enquiry management, test drives, vehicle delivery, documentation.
  • Oversee showroom administration, inventory, insurance, and finance coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Hyundai processes and audit requirements.
  • Maintain and report key metrics – daily sales report, enquiry conversion, etc.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Automobile/Marketing background preferred).
  • 5–7 years of total experience in automobile dealership operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team-leading/managerial role.
  • Good communication, team management, and customer handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of dealership DMS software.
