Job Description We are seeking individuals with strong C-suite relationships and deep local market expertise, who are passionate about creating business opportunities and driving client engagement. Ideal candidates will have well-established networks across sectors and industries, and must be legally authorized to work as independent contractors in Austria (across Graz, Salzburg & Vienna). This is a Business Development role on a minimum 12-month Independent Contractor basis, where you will: - Gain full exposure to our processes and solutions. - Leverage your market knowledge and network to generate leads and drive sales. - Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives. - Develop a solid understanding of clients and their industry sectors over time. - Drive sales across all service lines, including research services, consulting, and marketing solutions, within multiple industries. - Be compensated solely based on success*, earning 10% to 12% of deal sizes. Skills - Strategic networking & relationship-building with senior executives. - Lead generation & deal-closing expertise across multiple industries. - Excellent negotiation & communication skills. - Ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth. - Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends and industry dynamics. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset. This role offers the potential for unlimited earnings, with compensation tied to milestone-based success invoicing. Please note that there is no fixed basic salary. - purely on success basis, with no monthly retainer fee
