Role Description This is a full-time CRM Sales role located in Bengaluru. The CRM Sales professional will manage customer relationships, actively handle customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, maintaining accurate customer records, generating sales leads, and collaborating with design and operations teams to provide customized interior design solutions. The role requires proactive client communication and customer satisfaction as key priorities. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management - Skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management - Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Prior experience in sales or interior design-related industries is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields
