Job Description

Key deliverables:

1. Onboard new merchants within the assigned geography to grow PhonePe's merchant network
2. Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with merchants to drive platform engagement
3. Monitor competition and formulate response strategies to maintain market leadership
4. Generate revenue through PhonePe's ad sales products (Scratch cards, Banners, Smart speakers)

Role responsibilities:

1. Drive merchant acquisition and develop holistic solutions for key accounts
2. Maintain a strong understanding of each merchant's business and market dynamics
3. Collaborate with internal teams by sharing market insights and best practices
4. Demonstrate ownership and achieve targets through effective stakeholder engagement
