Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle a small team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Achieve or exceed set goals and targets for customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 04 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team effectively.
