We combine expert pediatric, therapy and developmental services to support children and their families with compassion, expertise and convenience. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer acquisition, retention and service excellence. This role involves coordinating between parents, doctors, managing inquiries and promoting our various packages — all handled from the office. The position comes with attractive performance-based incentives for meeting sales and service targets. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Acquisition: ● Engage with parents and new leads to promote BabyMD’s services and vaccination packages. ● Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and package sales. ● Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects. Customer Retention & Service: ● Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits. ● Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality. ● Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups. Customer Support: ● Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors. ● Assist with billing, payments and administrative support. ● Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and service performance reports. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in any field. ● 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or inside Sales (healthcare, wellness or education preferred). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organizational, negotiation and follow-up abilities. ● Comfortable working from the office. ● Energetic, target-oriented and passionate about working with families and children.
