Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills to achieve consistent sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls. 2. Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing. 3. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the sales process. 5. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and conversions in CRM tools. 6. Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Requirements: - Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement roles. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience in calling, meeting scheduling, demos, presentations, and deal closing. - Ability to work with CRM tools and maintain structured follow-ups. - Goal-driven and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Performance Expectations - Consistent achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets. - Maintaining a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction level. Benefits and Compensation - Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 – ₹6,00,000 (₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month). - Attractive performance incentives ranging between ₹20,000 to ₹80,000 - Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
