The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client meetings. Key Responsibilities: *Acquire new customers and drive sales of insurance policies through direct channels. *Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. *Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. *Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue objectives. *Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly. *Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates. *Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing. Requirements: *Experience: 13 years in sales (Financial Services preferred). *Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage. *Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. *Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. *Familiarity with the Dubai market and local business practices. *Credit card and personal loan experience in addition with DSA is considered.
