The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client meetings.Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers and drive sales of insurance policies through direct channels.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue objectives.Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and regulatory updates.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and claims processing.Requirements:Experience: 1–3 years in sales (Financial Services preferred).Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.Familiarity with the Dubai market and local business practices.credit card and personal loan experience in addition with DSA is considered.Perks & BenefitsFixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Fast-track career growth opportunities in the insurance industry.Continuous learning and development through structured training programs.
