Responsibilities: - Build and execute sales plans focused on onboarding field focussed vendors and acquiring buyers. - Generate and nurture leads using a blend of inbound and outbound techniques including cold calling, email campaigns, and digital lead portals. - Negotiate with potential vendors to showcase the portal’s value, modeled on approaches used by Nexio. - Manage CRM tools to monitor customer pipelines and conversion rates. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years in B2B sales and lead generation, with preference for textile or industrial experience. - Familiarity with Indian & Global marketplace dynamics and competitor strategies. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
