You will:
- Implement and manage end-to-end digital engagement campaigns across various channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, etc.) within our marketing automation platform.
- Rigorously track campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Utilize our marketing automation tools (MoEngage, Braze, or WebEngage) to build and automate personalized user journeys that drive engagement and conversions.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, messaging, and targeting strategies, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate seamlessly with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, alignment with business goals, and effective communication.
- Develop and implement precise audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver the right message to the right users at the right time, maximizing campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Ensure all campaign activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices, including data privacy and anti-spam laws.
You have:
- 2+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, campaign execution, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, or similar systems).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and the analysis of test results.
- Familiarity and experience with executing campaigns across diverse digital channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to inform campaign decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
