We are urgently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai.
Job Description:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs for
Domestic requirements.
2. Client Handling.
3. Lead and manage the hiring team consisting of a mix of experienced and junior
recruiters.
4. Lead the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices.
5. Preparing MIS of recruitment/closures
6. Managing, meeting the clients for their manpower requirements
7. Manpower planning & budgeting for various positions based on competencies, skills
8. Managing and developing a Team of recruiters
Requirements:
1. Any Graduate/Postgraduate
2. Proven experience in EPC / Oil and Gas / Renewable industry
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
