**Key Responsibilities**:
**Key Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their logistics needs.

**Client Needs Assessment**: Understand the unique logistics requirements of each key account and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services (including extended services offered by BLR).

**Service Delivery**: Ensure the delivery of exceptional logistics solutions to key accounts, coordinating closely with internal departments such as operations and customer service.

**Revenue Growth**: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts, and work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize revenue.

**Collaboration**:Assist credit control with revenue collection & collaborate with billing to ensure timely generation of accurate invoices.

**Account Planning**: Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, growth strategies, and action plans. Monitor client exposure and work with credit control to mitigate risk

**Contract Negotiation**: Assist in contract negotiations and renewal discussions with key clients to secure long-term partnerships.

**Problem Resolution**: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

**Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on key account performance, revenue projections, and sales forecasts for management.

**Market Insights**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights to clients.
