Role Description This is a full-time, role based in Gurugram for a Regional Business Development Manager. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in specific region consisting of certain states, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in govt sector. Key tasks include creating and executing strategic business development plans to partner with Govt and execute projects meant for Schools. This involves travelling across a number of state capitals for at least 4-5 days a month. Qualifications - Proven skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management particularly govt relations. - Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement business strategies - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - Knowledge of market analysis techniques and experience identifying trends - Experience with team collaboration, project management, and achieving sales goals - Understanding of the education and learning solutions industry is a plus - Minimum of a bachelor's degree with experience in having worked on govt projects in the past - Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
