About SYNS Academy SYNS Academy is a women-focused skill development institute committed to empowering women through industry-ready training programs in Office Administration Digital Skills and IT Career Development Our mission is to create a safe supportive and professional learning environment for women to build confident careers Position Overview The Relationship Manager RM will act as the primary point of contact for students parents and leads She will handle admissions counseling follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships to ensure student satisfaction and smooth operations at the head office Key Responsibilities1 Lead Handling Admissions Manage incoming enquiries from WhatsApp calls walk-ins and social media Conduct professional course counselling to prospective students and parents Explain course details fees placement support and career outcomes Achieve monthly admission targets with quality lead conversion 2 Student Relationship Management Maintain warm and positive relationships with current students Address student concerns attendance issues and provide ongoing support Ensure students have a smooth experience from admission to course completion 3 Communication Follow-ups Maintain timely follow-ups with all leads until conversion Provide updates to students about classes exams certificates and placements Maintain proper records of follow-up status in CRM or spreadsheets 4 Coordination Operations Coordinate with training faculty and management for schedules Support in organizing workshops events exams and placement drives Prepare daily admission and enquiry reports 5 Customer Satisfaction Ensure every student and parent receives a professional respectful and friendly experience Handle feedback and escalate issues when necessary Required Skills Qualifications Women candidates only Safe women-focused workplace Strong communication skills in English Malayalam Hindi is a plus Confident friendly and good at handling people Prior experience in counselling customer service sales or education institutes preferred Basic computer skills MS Office WhatsApp business messaging etiquette Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule Full-time On-site at SYNS Academy Manjeri Head Office 6-day working week Sunday holiday Why Join SYNS Academy Women-led safe professional environment Opportunity to guide women towards building successful careers Fixed salary incentives based on admissions performance Growth opportunities within the academy Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
