Job Description

JD for your Outdoor Catering Sales - 1. Sales & Business Development:

Identify potential clients, including corporates, event planners, wedding planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

Generate leads and convert them into successful catering bookings.

Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and customize catering solutions accordingly.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Event Coordination & Execution:

Work closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Coordinate with vendors for event logistics, equipment rentals, and dcor if required.

Ensure all catering setups meet Burma Burmas quality and service standards.

Address any client concerns or issues during events promptly.

4. Budgeting & Revenue Management:

Develop sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Monitor costs and profitability for each catering event.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations for food handling and catering operations.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and event feedback.

Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in banquet sales or outdoor catering sales, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Passion for food and hospitality.
