Job Summary:

The Catering Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events, ensuring high-quality service, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage catering operations for events, banquets, and special functions.
  • Meet with clients to understand requirements, propose menus, and provide customized catering solutions.
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to deliver flawless catering services.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and ensure profitability of catering operations.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to exceed client expectations.
  • Supervise and train catering staff to ensure professional service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor management for catering supplies.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prepare event reports, financial summaries, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
