Catering Manager

Job Summary:
The Catering Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events, ensuring high-quality service, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage catering operations for events, banquets, and special functions.
- Meet with clients to understand requirements, propose menus, and provide customized catering solutions.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to deliver flawless catering services.
- Manage budgets, costs, and ensure profitability of catering operations.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to exceed client expectations.
- Supervise and train catering staff to ensure professional service delivery.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor management for catering supplies.
- Handle client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prepare event reports, financial summaries, and performance reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and catering best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
