SECTION I JOB PURPOSE To act as custodian for the Employee Experience and Communication aspects of the company Build the Tenets of EVP and evaluate the success measures of the same Design and implement a road map for internal and external communication and build the employer brand SECTION II KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Design and drive the employee experience framework by calendarizing it Design and execute the employee engagement activities viz Celebrations Cross functional Team building activities Fun learning and Talent hunt Etc Design and execute the R R programs to motivate the employees with exceptional performance Plan a periodic employee catch up program with management Design and execute the idea innovation practices activity to positively impact business productivity revenue generation Ideate and collaborate in developing employer branding for internal and external stakeholders Define the EVP of the organization and continuously evaluate on the success of its tenets proof points Ideate and execute the communication on all the internal and external channels including social media for talent attraction Custodian of Long service awards Value awards and innovation awards and the experience creation around the process Define and drive wellness initiatives by calendarizing it Conduct employee connect events like townhalls annual day events Etc Conduct periodic E-Sat survey E-NPS and work towards improving the same continuously Analyze and propose any non-monetary perquisite benefits around employees comfort and mental well-being viz recreational zones periodic employee team outings ergonomics infrastructural changes in work environment etc
