**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Implement and measure employee communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., internal websites) to promote employee understanding and engagement.
- Implement and measure field and/or channel communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., sales portals, field newsletters) to promote sales success.
- Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.
- Manage assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.
- Track, measure and report business group or country measurements of success such as web traffic, readership measures, pulse surveys, etc.
- Manage program budgets as assigned.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Writing and editing skills - requires some peer or manager review.
- Strong listening skills.
- Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to translate technical, complex and varied information into audience-resonating communications.
- Attention to detail, but also able to grasp the big picture across business groups, segments and geographies.
