If you treat every rupee like your own and every click like gold, this role is for youExperience & Leadership - 8–12+ years of deep performance marketing experience. - Demonstrated success leading teams, managing agencies, and running multi-channel paid media at scale - Proven ability to own and manage large budgets, forecasting, pacing, and optimizing spend for maximum ROI - Experience building end-to-end performance strategies across channels, funnels, and consumer journeys - Ability to work closely with leadership, admissions, product, and technology to drive aligned growth outcomes - Strategic & Analytical Expertise - Expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, Ads at scale - Deep command over CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models, and full-funnel optimization - Strong grounding in research, segmentation, funnel design, and CRO - Ability to design growth experiments, A/B frameworks, and optimization roadmaps - Experience building dashboards, marketing intelligence systems, and data-driven reporting structures Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in: - GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker - Pixel setups, server-side tracking, UTMs, offline conversions - Automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead-scoring systems - Strong understanding of MarTech stacks, integrations, and measurement systems - Experience optimizing landing pages with design/tech teams Join us if you optimise campaigns the way others optimise their selfies
