About the Role: As a Business Development Associate, your role is to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into customers. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through online channels, social media, and business directories. Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospective clients. Conduct product/service presentations to potential customers via phone or virtual meetings. Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the senior sales team. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and feedback. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on performance, feedback, and customer insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
