We are seeking a dynamic and experienced *Center Manager* to lead our abacus institute, which provides skill-based programs for children aged 6-12. The ideal candidate will be a multifaceted professional with strong leadership, marketing, and operational skills. You will be responsible for driving the center's growth, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.#### Responsibilities:* *Marketing & Brand Building:** Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new students.* Utilize online platforms and social media to build the institute's brand and promote our programs.* Plan and manage campaigns to boost student admissions.* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations for parent orientation programs.* Plan and execute small-scale events (workshops, open houses, etc.) to increase parent and child engagement with our teachers and programs.* *Operational Excellence:** Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and a high-quality learning environment.* Identify and implement improvements in all areas of the center's operations.* Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.* Develop innovative ideas for admission drives and promotional campaigns.* Foster a strong sense of community within the institute.#### Qualifications:* Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in an educational or similar setting.* Strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital and social media strategies.* Excellent event planning and coordination skills.* Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.* Proficiency in using online platforms and other technologies to build a brand.* Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.* A passion for child education and development.* Located in close proximity to our center at 12th cross, Sree Anantha Nagar Phase-1, Bengaluru-100 (within 3 kms radius)* Flexible to work on weekends is mandatoryIf you are a proactive and creative leader who is passionate about education and ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to applyMore information about this Institute Manager JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Institute Manager jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Institute Manager job position?
