1 Responsibilities Key Result Areas As a Sr Executive is an individual contributor independently responsible for one or more of the functions of Facilities Department oGeneral Administration - Complete in-house administration helpdesk management Housekeeping services Stationery Printing Cafeteria services for internal customers oManagement and effective utilization of the consumables oSecurity Services - To monitor the security staff and to ensure adherence to the company security policy To Vigil office premises oTravel Management - Arrange and take care of all official international travels Visa processing Ticketing and related documentation etc 2 Competencies - Technical Functional and ManagerialMandatory Technical Functional Functional Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files Take up other duties as assigned travel arrangements schedules etc Proven experience in facilities and admin or relevant position Familiarity with office machines e g fax printer etc Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping Proficient in English oral and written Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities and Customer service orientation and good knowledge of international travels Visa processing Ticketing and related documentation etc 3 Level of interaction - External InternaloExternal Vendors for equipment service providers - for FMS procurement of items for F B etc for organizations of employee events oInternal Team members Employees ManagersoOperational For fulfilling of requirement of the employees or managers queries on various facilities provided etc 4 Education Experience Skill sets Education Graduate Equivalent Experience 5 - 6 YEARS in IT ITES service sector or Hotel Industry 5 Personal AttributesProactiveness Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction of the internal customerResponsiveness Ability to manage time and respond to the needs and concerns of the employees in an effective and timely manner
