Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Estimator located in Pune. The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects, analyzing project plans and specifications, and ensuring all variables are considered in the estimation process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, liaising with vendors and suppliers, creating project proposals, and providing support during the project execution phase.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC systems and Piping
- Knowledge of Plumbing standards and practices
- Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HVAC estimation is advantageous
