Job Summary We are looking for a friendly professional and customer-focused Customer Service Adviser to join our team The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers providing assistance handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone email or in person in a timely and courteous manner Provide accurate information about products services and policies Handle complaints troubleshoot problems and ensure customer satisfaction Record customer interactions and update databases CRM systems Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Follow company guidelines and service standards Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM software preferred High school diploma or equivalent higher qualifications a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 8305803245
