**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers professionally and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and understand the customer’s requirements.
- Prepare and provide accurate repair estimates and quotations.
- Coordinate with bodyshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding progress, delays, and completion of work.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure resolution.
- Ensure all service documentation, records, and invoices are accurate and updated.
- Promote additional services or repair recommendations as appropriate.
- Collaborate with insurance companies for claim processing when required.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and brand image at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
