Job Title Duty Manager Location Kamal Bliss Resort Karjat Company Kamal Hospitality Experience Required Minimum 5 years in a resort or hospitality environment Food Accommodation Provided About Us Kamal Bliss Resort nestled in the scenic landscape of Karjat is a premium getaway destination offering serene stays fine dining and curated experiences for families corporates and holiday seekers We take pride in delivering exceptional guest service and a memorable hospitality experience Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of Kamal Bliss Resort The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality excellent leadership skills and a passion for guest satisfaction This role requires hands-on management staff coordination and ensuring seamless guest experiences Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all departments including front office housekeeping food beverage and maintenance Ensure smooth check-in check-out operations and manage guest relations effectively Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally turning negatives into positives Monitor daily resort operations ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols Lead and motivate resort staff to maintain high service standards and staff morale Manage daily reports occupancy data and coordinate with the General Manager on performance and operational issues Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness maintenance and presentation standards Ensure compliance with health and safety hygiene and legal requirements Assist in training new staff and conducting performance reviews Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a resort hotel or hospitality setup Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficient in resort hotel management software PMS and basic computer skills Flexible to work in shifts weekends and holidays as per resort needs Perks Benefits Competitive salary package Food and accommodation provided by the resort Opportunity to work in a peaceful and beautiful environment Career growth opportunities within the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience total work 3 years Required Work Location In person
