Duty Manager(night Audit)

Summary We are looking for a proactive and professional Duty Manager Night Audit to oversee hotel operations during the night shift The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front office functioning accurate night auditing guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards This role requires strong leadership problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail to handle both guest services and financial reconciliation Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage hotel operations during night hours ensuring smooth service delivery Perform night audit functions including reconciliation of daily financial transactions and preparation of audit reports Monitor front office activities handle guest check-ins check-outs and resolve guest queries or complaints promptly Ensure hotel safety and security procedures are followed during night shifts Coordinate with other departments Housekeeping Security F B to ensure seamless operations Maintain accurate records of occupancy revenue and audit data for management review Train and guide night shift staff to maintain high service standards Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently reporting critical incidents to senior management Employer Requirements Female candidate preferred as per operational requirements Degree Diploma in Hotel Management or related field Minimum 2-4 years of experience in front office guest relations or night audit roles in hospitality Strong knowledge of front office systems PMS such as Opera IDS or similar Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to handle financial reconciliation and audit reports accurately Willingness to work night shifts with professionalism and reliability Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
