We are looking for an enthusiastic Application Specialist to join our team at MyPm. The role involves applying for jobs on behalf of candidates, actively hunting for recruiters who are hiring, and managing professional communication through emails. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys coordination, communication, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply to relevant job opportunities on job portals on behalf of candidates.
- Identify and connect with recruiters and hiring managers actively hiring.
- Draft and send professional emails to recruiters on behalf of candidates.
- Maintain records of applications, follow-ups, and recruiter responses.
- Support candidates throughout their application journey by ensuring timely communication.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of the job application process.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
