Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Specialist located in Bhopal. The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various software applications. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving application issues, maintaining communication with users, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure optimal functionality of software solutions.

Qualifications

- Application Support and Technical Support skills. - Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent Communication skills in English. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Experience with ERP. - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Experience with finance operations and automation technologies is a plus. - Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Shell, Python) is a plus. - Experience in documenting support processes and troubleshooting steps. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
