Job Description About HashForGamers HashForGamers is India's first gaming caf booking and management ecosystem connecting gamers, cafs, and accessory brands under one digital platform. We're now expanding across Mumbai through direct caf partnerships, on-ground activations, and regional distributor tie-ups. Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic on-field executive who can take full ownership of lead generation, partnership conversions, and caf onboarding for the HashForGamers platform. This is an all-in-one role perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and growing a fast-moving gaming startup from the ground up. Responsibilities - Visit and connect with gaming cafs, distributors, and computer retailers across Mumbai. - Pitch the HashForGamers dashboard and booking system, and convert leads into onboarded cafs. - Conduct live demos, explain revenue benefits, and set up partner accounts on-site. - Maintain partner relationships and collect feedback to improve user experience. - Identify local marketing opportunities (events, tournaments, influencer tie-ups). - Report daily field activity and leads in CRM / Google Sheets. Requirements - 03 years experience in Sales / BDA / On-Field Marketing / Gaming Caf Operations. - Strong communication and convincing skills. - Passion for gaming or esports is a big plus. - Ability to travel locally and manage independent targets. - Basic understanding of mobile apps, dashboards, and tech presentations.
