The company specializes in a range of products such as Molecular Biology Reagents, Biochemicals, Enzymes, Nanopowders, Carbon Nanotubes, and more. Based in Mumbai, SRL's manufacturing facilities are located in Vashi, Taloja, and central Chennai, with distribution offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata. The company's network includes almost 600 authorized distributors spread across 80 countries.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Chandigarh. The Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers, generating leads, handling sales operations, and managing channel sales. Day-to-day tasks will include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, coordinating with distribution partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience
- Channel Sales management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
- Skills in Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Sales and Communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
