Job Description Company Description Econs Crop Protection Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2010, specializes in marketing, distribution, and support of agriculture products like gel, soluble fertilizer, and specialty products. We work with well-established European companies to import products and sell them across states in India including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and Andhra Pradesh. We are expanding into pesticide formulation with a production capacity of 75 KL per day. Our experienced team of professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality products to customers at cost-effective prices and assisting farmers to achieve maximum outcomes with minimal effort. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bhavnagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling agriculture products, maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential markets, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include visiting farmers, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer needs, and providing them with the necessary support and assistance. Qualifications - Strong sales and marketing skills with experience in the agriculture industry - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Knowledge of agriculture products and market trends - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Relevant degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field - Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the regions mentioned - Previous experience in pesticide formulation and marketing is a plus
