Associate - Growth Marketing (1-3 yrs)

About the Role
We are looking for a Associate - Growth to support the expansion of our apps in India and international markets. This role is business-focused and ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to growth, marketing, category management , and program management. You will work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to execute projects, track performance, and support scaling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
- Support go-to-market execution for campaigns, partnerships, and new launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Business) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track and report on growth KPIs (CAC, ROI, revenue, retention).
- Support program and category management tasks to enable scaling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: B.E./B.Tech/Graduate (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-2 years in consumer-tech startups, consulting, marketing, category management, or growth roles.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable with data tools (Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to take ownership.
