About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Growth Manager to support the expansion of our apps in India and international markets. This role is business-focused and ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to growth, marketing, category management, and program management. You will work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Operations to execute projects, track performance, and support scaling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

- Support go-to-market execution for campaigns, partnerships, and new launches.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Business) to ensure smooth delivery.

- Track and report on growth KPIs (CAC, ROI, revenue, retention).

- Support program and category management tasks to enable scaling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Education: B.E./B.Tech/Graduate (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).

- Experience: 1-2 years in consumer-tech startups, consulting, marketing, category management, or growth roles.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Comfortable with data tools (Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus).

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to take ownership.
