We take care of everything—from coming up with ideas to editing videos and audio, marketing, and growing the audience. We work with the best: Acquired, Kleiner Perkins, Reid Hoffman, and many others. We are a small, driven team of under 20 people committed to maintaining high talent density and making our mission a happen. About the Role Coordinate with clients and lead our creative team to strategize and execute podcast projects. Treat each client like a startup—build the podcast, find the format listeners love best, and drive its growth. You’ll be managing the points below for 2-3 podcasts at a given time. Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Team Management: Lead and collaborate with our talented creative team to deliver high-quality podcast content. Strategic Execution: Develop and implement strategies to build podcasts from the ground up, focusing on content that resonates with target audiences. Product Development: Treat each client's podcast as a startup venture—crafting the product, identifying the optimal format, and refining it for market success. Guests Management : Find, Research, and Book guests to appear on the podcast. Growth Optimization: Analyze listener feedback and market trends to find the perfect product-market fit and drive podcast growth. Key Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Fluent in English : You speak, read, and think fluently in English. Eye for Design : You have a natural flair for design and video production and can effectively communicate your vision to clients and the creative team. Efficient and Organized : You thrive under tight deadlines and manage your time efficiently. Detail-Oriented : You understand that success is in the details; nothing escapes your notice, whether it's a misplaced comma or a misaligned pixel. Storytelling Talent : You have an innate ability for storytelling and know how to captivate audiences. Passion for Tech, Venture Capital, and Podcasts : You live and breathe the tech and venture capital ecosystem.
