We’re looking for a Content Strategy Intern to support growth across YouTube, Instagram, and podcasts. If you’re curious about how content drives audience growth, love storytelling, and enjoy working across creative and analytical tasks — this is for you.What You’ll Do:Content Research & Strategy: Assist in planning and brainstorming strategies to grow YouTube and Instagram organically.Content Creation: Support with scripting engaging videos and podcasts, and help repurpose them across formats.Production Coordination: Work with editors and freelancers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.Podcast Support: Help with scripting, episode planning, and repurposing snippets for social media.Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance, use AI tools, and suggest improvements based on insights.What We’re Looking For:Strong interest in content creation, social media, and storytelling.Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, or podcast platforms.Excellent writing and communication skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools or content analytics platforms.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on exposure to end-to-end content strategy and production.Mentorship from experienced creators and marketers.Opportunity to create measurable impact across Leap’s content channels.
