The Inside Sales Specialist will handle key responsibilities including generating leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, responding to inbound inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing client challenges efficiently, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Proven ability to build and maintain Customer Satisfaction - Goal-oriented mindset with teamwork and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales techniques is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the training and education industry is an advantage - Excellent English communication - us shift (Night Shift ) - 0 - 5 years of experience - 0- 2 Experience in Ed tech - Must be located in Bangalore
