Technical Sales Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development - Drive sales and maximize reach for Smart Modular Integrated Data Center solutions, including Smart Cabinet, Smart Row, Smart Aisle, and AI-HPC passive DC solutions. - Conduct customer engagement meetings, site visits, and business development activities. - Negotiate deals and manage orders within the Enterprise vertical. - Maintain and report on regional sales pipeline, service delivery, and project status. 2. Pre-Sales & Technical Consulting - Serve as the technical lead during pre-sales activities. - Provide consulting expertise to customers to explore gaps, design, and present solutions. - Interface with IT, Operations, Business Management, and Finance teams to align solutions with operational capabilities and strategic objectives. - Handle tender preparation, draft technical specifications, and respond to government RFPs/tenders. 3. Market & Technology Expertise - Stay updated on the latest trends in data center technology, automation, and operations. - Identify growth opportunities within India's data center sector, including edge computing, AI-optimized facilities, and sustainable high-power solutions.
