Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves regular reporting and analysis of sales performance. Qualifications - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the logistics or transportation industry - Strong understanding of market research and customer dynamics - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office - Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
